Financial Year Ending December 31, 2026

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that Ecoboost Buyers has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Our Organisation

Ecoboost Buyers is a UK-based vehicle purchasing business specialising in Ford vehicles with EcoBoost engines. We operate across the South of England, including Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, and London.

Our business activities include:

  • Purchasing vehicles directly from private sellers and trade partners
  • Providing vehicle valuation services
  • Offering free vehicle collection services
  • Processing immediate payments upon purchase completion

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are relatively straightforward and primarily UK-based. They include:

  • Vehicle recovery and transportation services
  • Administrative and professional services
  • Technology and website services
  • Financial and banking partners

Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our business and supply chains, we consider our exposure to modern slavery risks to be relatively low. However, we remain vigilant and continue to:

  • Review our suppliers and partners regularly
  • Assess any new suppliers before engaging their services
  • Monitor for any signs of modern slavery

Our Policies

We operate the following policies that contribute to ensuring modern slavery does not occur in our business:

  • Recruitment Policy - We conduct appropriate checks on all employees and use only reputable recruitment agencies
  • Whistleblowing Policy - We encourage all employees and partners to report any concerns about practices within our business or supply chain
  • Supplier Code of Conduct - We expect our suppliers to adhere to ethical standards including compliance with the Modern Slavery Act

Training

We provide training to relevant staff on:

  • The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and its requirements
  • How to identify potential signs of modern slavery
  • How to report concerns internally and externally

Measuring Effectiveness

We measure our effectiveness in combating modern slavery through:

  • Regular supplier assessments and reviews
  • Staff training completion rates
  • Number of reports received through our whistleblowing mechanism
  • Actions taken in response to any concerns raised

Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns about modern slavery in our business or supply chain, please contact us:
