3. Our Services

We provide the following services:

• Vehicle valuations for Ford EcoBoost vehicles
• Purchase of Ford EcoBoost vehicles in any condition
• Free vehicle collection within our service areas
• Immediate payment upon completion of sale
• Technical advice on EcoBoost engine issues

4. Vehicle Valuations

All valuations provided are estimates based on information supplied and are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Key points:

• Preliminary valuations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• Final valuations may differ following physical inspection
• Valuations are provided without obligation to sell
• We reserve the right to adjust valuations if vehicle condition differs from description

5. Vehicle Purchase Process

When selling your vehicle to us, you will need to provide:

• Valid photo identification (driving licence or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• V5C registration document (logbook)
• Service history (if available)
• MOT certificate (if applicable)
• All keys and remote fobs
• Finance settlement figure (if applicable)

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made upon satisfactory completion of the sale and transfer of ownership. We offer payment via:

• Bank transfer (instant or same-day)
• Cash (subject to a maximum of £10,000)
• Building society cheque

We do not accept personal cheques or credit card payments.

7. Collection and Delivery

We offer free collection within our standard service areas. Collection arrangements:

• Collections are arranged at a mutually convenient time
• Reasonable notice is required for collection arrangements
• The vehicle must be accessible for collection
• Risk transfers to us upon collection of the vehicle

8. Warranties and Representations

By selling your vehicle to us, you warrant that:

• You are the legal owner or authorised to sell the vehicle
• The vehicle is free from any finance agreements (unless disclosed)
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• The vehicle has not been stolen or written off

We purchase vehicles "as seen" based on their current condition at the time of inspection.

9. Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price paid for your vehicle. We shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit, business, or goodwill
• Any losses arising from information provided by you

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed £10,000 per incident.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
